"Here are 3 simple steps to delivering a memorable message: 1. Know what customers you are serving: If you are trying to deliver a generic message that will encompass everyone, you will often fall short. I know, I know, but you have a product or service that anyone can use. I've heard it hundreds of times. Yes everyone may be able to use, it, BUT do they want it? Is it easier to throw a message out there and hope that it sticks on a prospect, OR would it be easier to fill a room of prospects that are waiting and ready to buy what you have to offer? When you have a clear picture of who your customers are and who you want them to be, they are ready and waiting, for you to help them out!! 2. Don't tell them what you do: I hate to be harsh, but prospects don't really care about what you do. I know that sounds mean, but they want to know how you can help them! People buy for 2 reasons: to get away from pain OR to get closer to pleasure. Get very clear on how your product or service helps them do one of these two things. Speak to the customers needs: After you discover why people will buy your product or service, deliver a message that speaks to this pain or pleasure. When you tell a prospect how you can get them from pain to pleasure, they will remember that statement.  They may even say, "Oh man, I need that" or "I know someone who needs you". WOW, aren't those the words music to our ears?"

After hearing about so many people's struggles, I decided to do something about it…"
